I can't wait to make it back up there. My only hike down Eagle Creek was on the PCT and we were about to finish Oregon, so we didn't take nearly enough time to enjoy it.

Hi Kelsey, I hope all is well. Cool shot. I'm sure it was fun hanging at Maryhill! I wanted to let you know, TheGorge.com has a spot for photographers like yourself to submit photos of the area, as we feature a photo of the day along with a collection of photos submitted. Just a good way to let more people see your cool photography! I was also wondering if you would ever be interested in being a contributing writer for TheGorge.com? I have set the site up so contributing writers have a profile page. You can see an example of what I am talking about here. http://www.thegorge.com/author/admin/. let me know if you are interested in discussing this more.

Warm Regards,

Kenny Bavoso

Sounds great! These fun runs are really gaining in popularity. Sam is going to participate in Run For Your Life, a zombie 5K fun run...where your finish medal says alive or dead depending on how well you avoid the zombies. The positions for zombies fill up faster than the running participants. He will go in a few weeks with 2 friends of his; it was his present for his 18th bday.
