McKenzie View Drive Bike Ride

I am one week out from my big three day ride. Today I took a training ride along McKenzie View Drive. The road trip totaled about 25 miles and minus the extreme bugginess, the ride was fabulous. Check out my route on MapMyRide.

Oregon Football is Back

Its that time of year again. Yup, its fall and that means its football time again. I attended my first game at Autzen Stadium in Eugene since I graduated. While it was a blow out against Missouri St., it was still a blast to cheer on my ducks with thousands of other crazy fans.

Biked 30 miles today!! woot woot. That’s my best yet in prep for my three day bike ride at the end of the month. The legs felt good but my shoulders and neck started to ache about half way through, I will need to work out some serious kinks tomorrow.
