En route to wine country near Eugene, Oregon, fall foliage colors have started to pop. With glowing browns and golds, the countryside makes for a beautiful sunset drive this time of the year.

Oregon Football is Back
Its that time of year again. Yup, its fall and that means its football time again. I attended my first game at Autzen Stadium in Eugene since I graduated. While it was a blow out against Missouri St., it was still a blast to cheer on my ducks with thousands of other crazy fans.
Sun On My Tires
Biked 30 miles today!! woot woot. That’s my best yet in prep for my three day bike ride at the end of the month. The legs felt good but my shoulders and neck started to ache about half way through, I will need to work out some serious kinks tomorrow. But for now here is the photo of the day from my sunset bike ride last night.

My family came to Eugene to visit this past weekend. Meeting my Grandparents. My grandma was a nurse, and my grandpa…well, he was a cowboy. He grew up on a Dude Ranch in Wyoming – yes those really did exist.

Pool is closed for the summer, yet Eugene is experiencing some of the hottest weather so far this year. So instead I have been reading down by the Willamette River. Snapped this shot the other day when I was just lounging with a good book in the river bank grass. Kicked off the shoes and enjoyed the light breeze.
